I know MIFT and Film Director **Santosh Chimaji Jadhav Sir** personally. I have seen many talented artists whom Sir has launched through his films and projects, and today they are doing good roles and creating their own identity in the industry. What I really appreciate about Sir is that he doesn’t just teach acting—he gives students practical exposure and opportunities to work in films, short films, web series and other projects. I have personally experienced how **the right guidance from Sir can truly turn an artist’s talent into something valuable.** His experience, dedication and approach towards developing new talent are truly commendable. **Highly recommend

I had the opportunity to work with Santosh Jadhav Sir on a documentary project in India, and I can confidently say that he is one of the most talented and dedicated professionals I have ever met. With over 26 years of experience in the film industry, he possesses exceptional knowledge, practical expertise, and a genuine passion for teaching. What makes Santosh Sir truly unique is his commitment to his students. If he says that he will help you become an actor and provide you with opportunities after training at Maharashtra Institute of Film & Television (MIFT), he gives it his 100%. He never gives up on his students and works tirelessly—day and night—to help them achieve their dreams. His guidance goes far beyond the classroom. He treats every student's success as his own mission and continues to mentor and support them until they are ready for the industry. If you're serious about building a career in acting, I strongly recommend taking admission at MIFT and learning under Santosh Jadhav Sir. It will be one of the best decisions you make for your future.
